What's the cookie duration for attribution?

The referral attribution window lasts for 90 days. For example, suppose a customer clicks on an affiliate link, registers through it, and buys the product in the first 90 days after registration. In that case, the affiliate will be credited for the sale. However, the affiliate will not be credited if the purchase occurs after 90 days, as the attribution window expires. Only new users will be associated with an affiliate. If two affiliates send the same user, the first affiliate will be the one credited.

On which QuietQuill subscription plans can I earn commissions?

Commissions are awarded for both monthly and yearly plans across the Aspiring, Writer, Prolific, and Editor tiers. For yearly plans, affiliates earn a 20% commission on the initial payment only. This commission is not recurring annually. For monthly plans, affiliates receive a 20% commission on the first three payments made by new users.

Am I allowed to register using my own referral link?

Self-referrals are not allowed. Our referral program is designed to incentivize affiliates and ambassadors to promote our products, not for personal discounts. Any attempt to claim credit for your own purchases will result in permanent termination of your affiliate and user accounts.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid on the 10th of every month, following a 30-day guarantee period in accordance with QuietQuill’s policy.

Is it necessary for me to be a QuietQuill customer?

Many successful affiliates are QuietQuill customers who cultivate expertise and authority. However, being a QuietQuill customer is not mandatory to participate in the program.

By joining QuietQuill’s affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Affiliate Program (the “Program”) aims to incentivize you to promote our products, expand our reach to new audiences, and ensure you’re rewarded for your efforts.

Participating in this program does not establish any relationship beyond that of independent contractors. You are not our employee, nor are we partners. Upon approval for participation, you operate as an independent contractor.

As such, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, securing appropriate insurance, and refraining from making statements on our behalf. We will fulfill payment obligations as agreed upon on specific dates.

Please note that our liability to you is limited, as outlined in our terms of service. Additionally, our agreement is non-exclusive; we reserve the right to engage other affiliates, and you are free to market other products.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

1.1. To become an Affiliate, you are required to submit an application through our website or the designated Affiliate Program platform. The application must be accurately completed, including any necessary updates in the future. Additionally, you must refrain from using aliases or other methods to conceal your true identity or contact information.

1.2. Affiliate must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate in the Program.

1.3. Company reserves the right to reject any application for any reason at its sole discretion.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

Upon our approval of your Affiliate status and your ongoing adherence to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, QuietQuill.com commits to the following:

2.1. QuietQuill agrees to furnish Affiliates with essential materials and information required for promoting QuietQuill’s products/services effectively.

2.2. Affiliates commit to promoting QuietQuill’s products/services in adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

2.3. Affiliates shall refrain from participating in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices while promoting QuietQuill’s products/services.

2.4. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords or any closely related terms resembling our brand. For instance, advertising on terms such as “QuietQuill” or “QuietQuill reviews” is not permitted.

3. Commissions and Payments

3.1. The Affiliate will earn commissions on eligible referrals in accordance with QuietQuill’s Commission Structure.

3.2. Commissions are payable upon completion of sales or other specified actions as determined by QuietQuill.

3.3. QuietQuill reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms at any time with prior notice to the Affiliate.

3.4. Payments will be issued in the currency specified by QuietQuill via the payment method chosen by the Affiliate during registration.

4. Tracking and Reporting

4.1. QuietQuill will supply the Affiliate with exclusive tracking links or codes to monitor referrals.

4.2. The Affiliate bears the responsibility of ensuring the proper implementation of tracking links to ensure accurate referral tracking.

4.3. QuietQuill’s tracking system will be the sole determinant of commissions earned by the Affiliate.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. QuietQuill grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize QuietQuill’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting QuietQuill’s products/services.

5.2. The Affiliate agrees not to modify, alter, or misrepresent QuietQuill’s intellectual property in any way.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2. Upon termination, Affiliate shall immediately cease all promotional activities related to QueitQuill services.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. QuietQuill shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

7.2. QuietQuill’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

8.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

By enrolling in the Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

QuietQuill reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of those changes.
